A Natural Approach to Health

Living With Aches and Pains

I had a question the other day about general aches and pains.

Everyone suffers from aches and pains from time to time.

This can be anything from a cramp or waking up stiff to a migraine or arthritis.

An ache is defined as a continuous dull pain in any part of your body.

Your brain registers pain when something is damaged or has gone wrong.

Pain is an alarm signal  to your body to stop the current activity or take alternative action.

Pain is a more general term and can be of a short or long duration.

No matter what your health concerns are, whether they’re minor or significant, acute or chronic, preventive or anti-aging, your very best doctor lives within you.

Your body’s internal wisdom strives for optimal health in every situation.

You need to provide the daily essential nutrients EVERY cell needs to enable natural growth, repair and healing mechanisms to obtain and maintain optimal well-being.

To deal with general aches and pains it’s beneficial to:

*Drink purified water – 6-8 cups minimum daily.

*Increase your intake of essential fats (Omega-3 oils, flaxseed oil, olive oil).  These help lubricate your joints and decrease inflammation.

*Exercise, keep moving.

*Breathe deeply to oxygenate your cells.

*Get some sunshine.

*Chiropractic care and/or massage.

*Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate (RICE) injuries.

*Eat fresh (not canned) pineapple and/or papaya because they contain enzymes that help reduce inflammation.

*Begin nutritional support immediately after injury to avoid scar tissue formation and speed healing.

*Explore the use of Arnica, a homeopathic remedy.

*Avoid acid-forming foods/drinks (coffee, soda pop, dairy, red meat, sugar, processed foods, white flour products, etc.)

*Eliminate exposure to toxic materials and/or cleaning products because these can trigger or aggravate some conditions.

*Avoid MSG and artificial sweeteners because they’re neurotoxins.

Recommendations:

It’s essential to use:  Vita-Lea, Protein, Calcium/Magnesium, Alfalfa, B-Complex, VitalMag, Pain Relief Complex, Joint & Muscle Pain Cream as needed.

It’s important to use:  OmegaGuard, Lecithin, Vitamin D, Vivix, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, CoQHeart, Zinc.

It’s beneficial to use:  Performance, Joint Health Complex, Stress Relief Complex, CorEnergy, Gentle Sleep Complex.

Hi this is kinda of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG
editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.

I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!

Definitely believe that which you said. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the net the easiest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I definitely get irked while people think about worries that they just don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks

I do not even know how I stopped up right here,
however I believed this submit was great. I don’t recognize who you’re but definitely you’re going to a well-known blogger if you are not already. Cheers!
