Living With Lipomas

I had a question the other day about lipomas.

A lipoma is a growth of fat cells in a thin, fibrous capsule usually found just below your skin.

Lipomas are usually found on your torso, neck, upper thighs, upper arms, and armpits, but they can be almost anywhere in your body.

You can have one or more lipomas at the same time.

Lipomas are the most common noncancerous soft tissue growth.

The cause of lipomas isn’t completely understood, but the tendency to develop them is inherited.

A minor injury may trigger the growth.

Being overweight doesn’t cause lipomas.

Lipomas usually:

>Are small (0.4″ – 1.2″) and felt just under your skin.

>Are movable and have a soft, rubbery consistency.

>Don’t cause pain.

>Remain the same size over years or grow very slowly.

Often the most bothersome symptom is the location or increased size making the lipoma noticeable by others.

Lipomas don’t usually need treatment.

Because lipomas aren’t cancerous and can’t become cancerous, they don’t need to be removed.

There’s no known treatment to prevent lipomas or affect their growth.

Lipomas occur in all age groups but most often appear in middle age.

Single lipomas occur with equal frequency in men and women.

Multiple lipomas occur more frequently in men.

To deal with lipomas it’s beneficial to:

*Drink 6-8 cups of purified (chlorine-free) water.

*Drink organic pomegranate juice – it reduces blood vessel damage.

*Try a poultice made from comfrey, pau d’arco, ragwort, and wood sage.

*Try a poultice made from poke root.

*Eat a diet consisting of 50% organic, raw fruits and vegetables.

*Nuts, seeds, whole grains, and low-fat yogurt and yogurt products also should be included in your diet.

*Don’t eat animal protein (eat soy protein instead), dairy products (except for yogurt), processed and packaged foods, salt, sugar, white flour, or white flour products.

*If you’re eliminating dairy, be sure to get calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D from other foods or supplements.

*Consider regular liver and/or colon cleanses.

*Review my candida post.

*Get regular moderate exercise.

*Ensure regular (minimum 2/day) bowel movements.

*Avoid stress and learn stress-management techniques.

*Eliminate toxic/chemical/environmental exposures as much as possible.

*Eliminate synthetic hormone use.

*Eliminate food/drinks stored in plastic, aluminum, Styrofoam, etc.

*Eliminate microwaved foods, especially in the above containers.

If you’re dealing with lipomas, try these (100% money-back guarantee):
