I had a question the other day about surgery, preparing for and recovering from.
Thousands of Americans face surgery every year, often with fear and doubts about whether the right step is being taken.
And not knowing what’s involved may mean putting yourself through as much grief as the procedure intends to do away with.
Whether you’re undergoing surgery for the first time or the tenth, understanding why you need it, the risks involved, available alternative treatments, and the aftereffects will help you make the right decisions and deal effectively with the outcome.
Properly preparing for surgery can help improve your outcome after an operation.
Planning ahead can help you ease anxiety, address unanswered questions, and better understand how to make sure your home is ready for when you come home.

*Increase life-giving, enzyme- and nutrient-rich, fresh, raw fruits and veggies (organic whenever possible); consider juicing.
*Ensure optimal, quality protein intake.
